Our Technology

DOL Web applications are based on the popular MVC (model, view, and controller) architecture or the 3-tier architecture that separates the dependency between repository, presentation, and business process.

The entire DOL Web applications utilize XML, XSLT, JSP, JavaScript and JavaServlet with database or repositories access via JDBC. Such open standard, cross-platform technology, and dynamic generation of HTML in a programmatic manner promote data and presentation separation to increase maintainability and reusability.

  DOL e-Course

XML DOL e-Course structure is based on XML document structure that provides a specification for representing the content of DOL courses to give content providers the common guidelines to ensure fidelity, accuracy, accessibility, and presentation consistency.
